Work Experience
• Efficient handling of Catering Operations & logistics of over 500 flight movements daily.
• Oversee the effective control and allocation of resources and distribution of tasks during the shifts to ensure that the customer specific requests and the scheduled flight targets are met.
• Ensure that catering request are finalized with the help of Executive Chef and communicate the same with the client at the base and outstation.

• Assist Senior Manager in formulating annual budget and expenses.
• Preparing annual forecasts and budgets, analyzing variances, and formulating strategies.
